Our helpdesk staff is dedicated and resourceful. We understand that our software is
a tool to facilitate you in doing your job. Our helpdesk staff also test
our new programs before they’re sent out, and trains our new customers.
Our software is easy to use. Most of our customers are trained on
our software within days. The screens are designed to be self-explanatory.
We listen to what you need from an accounting package and write our
software to answer those needs.
On-site Training is
available. We understand that
you may want to learn everything and see how to use our software
effectively and efficiently, within your customized office. We are in the
business to stay in the business and we will be glad to help you. We learn
a lot by training you and helping your office adapt to our new software,
and we use that information when we make program modifications and designs.
Re- Training is
available. Not everyone works
at the same job forever. We
are available to train another staff member to work on our software
whenever you may need to. Knowing this is like having a good friend to fall
back on.
Training is available at Info-Matic. We have a computer lab at our
office, where 12 computers are setup to train your staff. Since our lab is at the same
location as our helpdesk staff and programmers; you get to meet the people
that you speak to on the phone and the personnel that writes and test your
programs.
